Learn techniques to reduce stress. From breathing exercises to muscle relaxation to guided visualization, this class will take you from stressed to smooth in a few simple steps.

Better still, it will give you techniques so that you can replicate the experience anywhere when you want to turn down the volume on your stress.

Wear comfortable clothes to class. You may want to bring a mat if you prefer to recline during the meditation. Bring water.
